If you have doubts about the taste or quality of the Pu'er tea, we recommend trying the tasting kit first. Only when the tasting kit meets your expectations should you open the formal product packaging.
Package Integrity: Once you open the finished product packaging, for food safety and hygiene reasons, TeaMystic LTD will not be able to provide after-sales return services. However, if the product has quality issues, such as mold, spoilage, strange odors, or serious discrepancies with the product description, even if the packaging has been opened, please take photos and videos. You can still apply for a return. Please contact us as soon as you find the problem and provide relevant photos or videos as evidence for our quick verification and processing.
You can apply for a return within 14 days from the date you receive the product. Please pay attention to the time limit, as return applications will not be accepted after this period.

Review the Application: TeaMystic LTD customer service staff will review your application within 48 hours of receiving the return application. Return the Product: After obtaining approval for the return, please properly package the product to be returned to ensure that it is not damaged during transportation. It is recommended that you use the original packaging materials. If the original packaging has been discarded, please wrap it with sufficient cushioning materials (such as bubble wrap, foam, etc.). Also, please return all accessories, gifts (if any), instructions, invoices (if any), etc. with the product. You need to choose a suitable logistics method to send the product back to our designated return address. The shipping cost for returning the product is borne by you. Acceptance and Refund: After TeaMystic LTD receives the product you have returned, we will conduct an inspection within 48 hours. If the product passes the inspection, we will process the refund for you within 7 - 10 working days according to your payment method. The refund will be returned to your payment account in the original way. A. Selecting the Right Teaware
